Arthurlie were thumped 7-1 at Beith on Saturday as new boss Colin Reilly tasted defeat for the first time.
Paul Frize slid in to get the opener for the home team after 20 minutes.
Andy Monk doubled their lead on the half-hour mark and, barely 60 seconds later, Blair Rossiter added number three for the league leaders.
Gary Smith pulled one back for Arthurlie as he smashed the ball into the top corner but Josh Fowler restored Beith’s three-goal margin heading into the break.
An early second half goal from Monk put the game out of reach before Conner McGlinchey scored number six and an own goal from Connor Bradley (left) rounded off a thoroughly miserable afternoon for the visitors.
Arthurlie return to action on Saturday, April 15, when they face Kilwinning Rangers.
