Neilston manager Kevin Muirhead has revealed he doesn’t plan to make many changes at the Brig O’Lea after taking charge earlier this month.
Muirhead, who spent the last five years at Ayrshire outfit Muirkirk, watched his new team thump BSC Glasgow 5-0 in a friendly on Saturday.
And he has stressed everyone in the current squad will get their chance to impress.
“I don’t want to go in and rock the ship,” said Muirhead (pictured). “It would be foolish of me to go in and start again, so I’ll carry things on the way they were going, assess the squad properly and maybe add a couple of players and perhaps a couple will move on.
“It’s a squad that doesn’t need an overhaul, just fresh ideas and an injection of enthusiasm.”
Neilston travel to James McGrory Park this Saturday to take on St Roch’s, with kick-off scheduled for 1.30pm.
