Newly-formed Barrhead YFC U21s will cap off an incredible first season together with a Scottish Youth Cup final appearance at the Excelsior Stadium on May 17.
After a slow start earlier in the season with some ups and downs along the way, they travelled to New Tinto Park to take on Rossvale in the semi-finals earlier this month.
The Barrhead youngsters started the game well to edge ahead in a fairly even first 45.
They shone in the second-half, however, hitting a further five past an experienced Vale side.
Cruising at 6-0, Barrhead took their foot off the gas as they conceded two late goals.
Barrhead v Glencairn 21s kicks-off at 7pm on Friday, May 17.
