Scottish fans of Location, Location, Location can now apply to appear on the popular Channel 4 show as it comes to Scotland for series 39.
The property programme, which first aired 23 years ago, involves house hunters being helped in their search for their dream home.
The show is currently fronted by Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer and is nearing its 400th episode.
The news was announced by the show's Twitter page where it was stated: "Kirstie and Phil are back! If you're in Northern Ireland or Scotland and need the help of the Location Location Location team to find your perfect pad, click on the link to apply"

On the Channel 4 website, the broadcaster added: “Property experts Kirstie Allsopp and Phil Spencer are set to start filming a new series of Location Location Location. From spring 2023 they’ll be pounding the pavements and beating the streets to find the perfect homes for those who need help.
“Upsizing, downsizing, first timers, or those looking for a forever home, there’s nobody better than Kirstie and Phil when it comes to finding and securing your perfect pad. If you’re a chain free buyer and want the chance to have them in your corner, click on the link below.”
How to apply for Location, Location, Location as it comes to Scotland
Those wanting to participate in the new series of the show as it comes to Scotland can do so by visiting the IWC Auditions website.
When applying, potential participants will be asked to fill out a number of sections including a profile and questions before completing a video.
What happens after you apply for Location, Location, Location?
Channel 4 said of the process: “Your application will be received by a member of IWC Media and they will contact you directly if they wish to take it any further. IWC Media will process your personal data in accordance with their privacy policy, a copy of which is available on request.”
When is series 39 of Location, Location, Location being filmed?
The show is expected to be filmed in the spring of 2023 with a release date not yet announced. However, previous seasons have come out in May.
