It's September, which means university and college students across the country are returning to campus.
With freshers weeks taking place across the country, there will be deals galore for students who are settling back into university life.
Scotrail is the latest company to jump on the bandwagon, offering students 50% off certain train tickets between September 6 and 26.

How to get 50% off your Scotrail tickets this September
Scotrail are offering all students 50% off all Off-Peak train tickets to travel anywhere in Scotland between September 6 and 26.
To get the deal, you must show a valid student ID at the ticket office when booking your train.
You cannot get the deal by booking online or at a ticket vending machine, so make sure you arrive early enough to visit the booking office.
If there is no booking office available, you can buy your ticket onboard the train to make use of the deal.

The offer cannot be used alongside a railcard and is only available on Off-Peak trains.
Off-Peak trains are any running outside the busiest period of travel.
Such tickets are available after 9:15am on weekdays and at any time on the weekend.
