A major investment has been announced to benefit residents of an East Renfrewshire residential estate.
The council has announced that £350,000 will be invested in the Craigheads area of Barrhead to enhance resident wellbeing.
This funding is designed to deliver targeted improvements to homes, the surrounding environment and local services.

Craigheads is a residential estate made up of social housing, privately rented homes and owner-occupied properties.
It has faced longstanding environmental, social and wellbeing challenges.
The regeneration approach will include physical upgrades, service redesign and community-led activities.
Initial work is set to begin in April, including targeted repairs, one-off close cleans, environmental improvements, improved signage and securing communal doors.
