Land in Barrhead which was previously the site of an early years facility has gone up for sale.
The plot on the corner of Burnbank Drive and Arthurlie Avenue is being marketed by Barrhead Property for offers over £180,000.
The Auchenback location was previously home to Arthurlie Nursery but has lain empty for a number of years since the nursery was demolished.
The location has planning permission approved, subject to conditions, for three detached properties with separate double garages to the rear, as well as associated landscaping and infrastructure works.
The decision on the planning application was issued by East Renfrewshire Council on February 22, 2023.
One of the conditions of the planning permission approval is that the development must begin no later than three years after approval was granted.
