Police seized drugs, cash and a weapon after searching a car in Barrhead at the weekend.
Officers who were on patrol in the town's Carlibar Road on Sunday afternoon noticed a strong smell of cannabis coming from the Nissan Juke.
A search discovered cash and a Taser, as well as drugs that are believed to be cannabis.
Two suspects – a 24-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman – were arrested.
A police spokesperson said: "At about 1pm on February 4, officers patrolling on Carlibar Road, Barrhead, stopped a vehicle smelling strongly of cannabis.
"On searching the vehicle, drugs suspected to be cannabis, cash and a Taser were recovered.
"A 24-year-old man and a 26-year-old woman were arrested at the scene.
"A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal."
