PART of a busy road in Barrhead is set to be closed for five days next week.
Springfield Road will be shut from Springfield Cottage westbound for approximately 200 metres from Wednesday, December 13 until Sunday, December 17.
It will be closed to allow essential carriageway resurfacing works to take place, on or near the road.
All vehicles will be unable to access the area throughout the works.
