DRIVERS face disruption as part of a busy road in Newton Mearns will be closed for one day later this month.
Mearns Road will be shut between its junctions with Broom Road and Kirkle Drive on Sunday, November 26, from 9.30am until 6pm.
It will be closed to allow the safe operation of Scottish Water ironworks, on or near the road.
All vehicles will be unable to access the area throughout the works.
