A BUSY road in Clarkston will be closed for one day next week.
Nethervale Avenue will be shut between its junctions with Stamperland Hill and Leebank Drive on Thursday, August 31, between 8am and 6pm.
It will be closed to allow Scottish Water ironwork repairs to be carried out, on or near the road.
All vehicles will be unable to access the closed section throughout the works.
