THE 1st Barrhead Boys' Brigade is inviting young people in primary and secondary school to join them at their taster evening.
The event will be held at Barrhead St Andrew's Church on Thursday, August 24 from 6.30pm for those in primary one to six and from 7.15pm for those in primary seven and above.
The group is aimed at youngsters all the way up to sixth year in secondary school.
A spokesperson said: "Our first meeting night is a STEM-based taster evening for new and existing group members.
"We regularly have physical activities and sports, crafts, outdoor activity evenings, plus lots more. Check out our Facebook page for more information.
"If you are interested in finding out more about our adventure pop along on the night and see what we have to offer you."
