DRIVERS are set to face disruption as a lane on a busy road is set to be closed for five days at the start of next month.
The southbound carriageway on Langrig Road in Newton Mearns will be shut from its junction with Ayr Road from Monday, September 4, until Friday, September 8.
It will be closed to facilitate the safe operation of BT utility works, on or near the road.
All vehicles will be unable to access the closed section of the road throughout the works.
