Photography sessions will be re-starting in East Renfrewshire in September and those interested in joining are urged to get in touch with the organiser.
The Neilston photography group is run by tutor Malcolm Briggs, a village-based photographer with 30 years of experience teaching the subject at further and higher education level.
The group is currently on its summer break, but will return to The Bank in the village with a new series of photo sessions, which Malcolm told the Barrhead News, will help participants “take their photography further.”
“The sessions are designed to build your skills and understanding in a very practical way so you are working individually on projects with support and individual feedback during and out with the meeting sessions,” he explained.
The images of the latest group are currently on display at The Bank community hub.
“We intend to have a launch event for the new group and the continuing group in the café area as we re-start, using the new images as a showcase,” added Malcolm.
