COPS in East Renfrewshire are cracking down on speeding motorists after completing speed checks across the area.
It comes after officers conducted the checks on Stewarton Road and Ayr Road in Newton Mearns on Thursday, August 3.
During the day of action, police issued fines after several offences were detected.

A spokesperson for the force said: Today (Thursday, August 3), our colleagues conducted speeding checks on Stewarton Road and Ayr Road.
