A woman has been arrested and charged after a vehicle crashed into a parked car.
The incident took place in Merryvale Avenue, in Giffnock, on Wednesday evening.
Officers traced and arrested the female driver a short while later.
A Police Scotland spokesperson said: "A 61-year-old woman was arrested and charged with alleged road traffic offences following an incident on Merryvale Avenue, Glasgow, around 8pm on Wednesday, May 24.
“She was due to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court on Thursday, May 25.
“A report has been submitted to the procurator fiscal."
