A RESIDENTIAL road in Giffnock is set to be closed during the day for six weeks from next month.
Merryton Avenue in the town is anticipated to be shut between Monday, June 5 until Friday, July 14, to allow essential carriageway and footway resurfacing works.
The road will only be closed during the contractors’ working hours which are 9am to 4pm each day, except weekends.
All vehicles will be unable to access the road throughout the works.
