A family-run restaurant has revealed a hilarious tribute to the new monarch ahead of the Coronation this weekend.
Villaggio Pizza in Eaglesham shared their newest creation on Wednesday, the "King Charlie Pizza".
The delicious likeness is a one-off bake of King Charles III rendered in mozzarella, complete with curls of onion hair and a crown of fries adorned with precious jalapeno jewels.
Sharing their tribute on Facebook, a spokesperson for Villaggio Pizza wrote: "To commemorate our new monarch we have produced our King Charlie Pizza.
"It’s a one-off and not available to order, unfortunately, but we do have all our usual great food."
The popular restaurant is known for its authentic Italian pizza made with dough that's made with stone-ground 00 flour and slowly fermented for 72 hours.
The independent eatery also offers a range of pasta and special burgers.
The King's Coronation will take place on Saturday, May 6.
