Drivers will be prevented from parking on part of a Barrhead street later this month as Scottish Water carry out ironworks repairs.
The works on or near Darnley Road will take place on Friday, May 26, between 9.30am and 6pm.
A parking restriction will be in force during this time to allow for the safe operation of the works.
As a result, vehicles will be unable to park on Darnley Road from its junction with Rankin Way eastbound for approximately 170 metres on both sides.
The prohibition will cover all vehicles except those associated with the works and emergency vehicles attending an incident.
Pedestrian access will, however, be unaffected.
