A BARRHEAD bowling club is hosting a coffee morning next week to help raise funds.
Arthurlie Bowling Club will be holding the event along with a plant sale on Sunday, May 14, between 2pm and 4pm.
It aims to raise money to help pay for damaged items after a tree fell onto the former clubhouse in 2018.
We previously reported about the tree that fell onto the venue after the area was battered by strong winds.
The incident caused extensive damage.
However, earlier this year, bowlers at the club finally had a new clubhouse again, after work to build a new one was completed in December last year.
Tickets to the coffee morning will cost £3.
