A POPULAR Mexican restaurant chain has opened a new branch in East Renfrewshire.
El Jefe’s began serving at the eatery in Fenwick Road, Giffnock, at the weekend.
The company has another outlet in Argyle Street, Glasgow.
The Giffnock restaurant, which also specialises in cocktails, is open seven days a week, from noon until midnight, with food served until 9pm.
To celebrate the opening, El Jefe's is giving diners a chance to win dinner and drinks for four people.
The competition is being run on the firm's Facebook page, with the winner to be announced on Sunday.
