Neilston manager Kevin Muirhead has said the only way is up for his team after they lost at St Roch’s on Saturday.
The visitors took the lead through Dylan Fletcher (pictured) after Darren Jones had a penalty saved earlier in the first half.
However, missed chances came back to haunt Neilston after the break as Ross McDonald scored twice for the hosts and Ben Dailly added a third.
Muirhead, who joined The Farmer’s Boys from Muirkirk last month, said: “I never look behind me and worry about what’s going on.
“The plan is to get as many points on the board as we can and see where that takes us.
“I won’t be worrying about a relegation battle, I’ll be looking to get us straight back in the hunt.”
Neilston host Blantyre Victoria this Saturday, with kick-off at 1.30pm.
