A cable fault on Friday afternoon left dozens of homes in East Renfrewshire without electricity.
Scottish Power was made aware of the fault around 11.30am on December 30 which left around 40 homes in the G46 area, which covers Giffnock and Thornliebank, without power.
The fault affected an underground cable on the low-voltage network.
SP Energy Networks apologised to customers for the fault.
A spokesperson from SP Energy Networks said: "There is a cable fault in the area affecting around 40 properties, we have restored power to the majority of homes and will have the final customers connected by 4pm.
"SP Energy Networks apologises for the inconvenience caused by the fault."
