A DRIVER who had a warrant out for their arrest was taken into custody after they were stopped by traffic police.

Officers from Police Scotland’s road policing unit in Dumbarton say they stopped the motorist on the A82 at Loch Lomond on Thursday, November 24 after their attention was drawn to the way the vehicle was being driven.

Police said subsequent enquiries found a warrant was outstanding for the driver’s arrest. They were taken into custody.
