LEWIS Capaldi has promoted Luke La Volpe's upcoming Glasgow gig - and hinted he might be there.

In a story on Instagram, the Forget Me singer encouraged his 5.7million followers to attend the Bathgate singer's SWG3 show next week.

He wrote: "If you're in Glasgow make sure you get yourself along to see the boy @lukelavolpe on the 6th of December, see ye there."

Glasgow Times:

It's not the first time Lewis has helped Luke out after he invited him to support at the Edinburgh Summer Sessions in 2019 and at this summer’s Lytham Festival in front of 15,000 people.

Luke has previously sold out King Tut’s and St Luke’s and played to a huge crowd on the Tut’s stage at TRNSMT festival this summer - the first time he’d played the festival despite being booked for the previous two years

In 2020 the event was postponed due to Covid-19 and in 2021, Luke had to pull out due to testing positive for Covid the day before.

He also had a Scottish number one with his track Dead Man's Blues in 2020, taken from his Terrible Beautiful EP.

Luke La Volpe will perform at SWG3 on Tuesday, December 6.
