A Glasgow carer reportedly told his colleague “when I am with white women, they are shocked at the size of me down there”.

Emeka Eboh has now been given a two-year warning after reportedly making multiple sexually motivated comments while employed as a support worker.

This included squeezing colleagues hips, and making inappropriate comments like “nice bum”, “p**ping is good for weight loss”, and “when I drink vodka it makes me h**d for hours, it is like a stimulant for me”.

He accused one service user of a sex act and told colleagues not to hug the service user as he would “become sexually aroused”.

Eboh denied the actions that the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) concluded happened between November 2020 and August 2021.

A report from the care watchdog outlined he showed 'no remorse or regret' after causing ‘emotional harm’.

The report read: “As a social service worker, you are expected to communicate in an appropriate, open, accurate and straightforward way.

“The manner in which you spoke to your colleagues is a breach of this requirement.

“You used sexualised language which made your colleagues feel uncomfortable in your presence.

“There has also been an instance when you have made a sexualised comment in front of a service user.

“Although there have been no further instances of this behaviour since August 2021, the risk of repetition remains moderate to high.

“You also, on repeated occasions, grabbed your colleague’s hip without permission to do so.

“Such behaviour caused your colleagues emotional harm.

“There is a risk of emotional and/or psychological harm to your colleagues and potentially to service users by your conduct whilst in the workplace.

“You have denied the allegations against you and have been unable to demonstrate that you have reflected on your behaviour.

“You have not shown any remorse or regret for your behaviour.”
