UNSUNG heroes from around the area are being sought to feature in the 2022 edition of a popular BBC TV series.
BBC One Scotland is seeking nominations for this year’s Scotland’s People programme, set to be broadcast over the Christmas period.
For the last two years, presenter Jackie Bird has travelled around the country meeting many of the nation’s unsung heroes – both individuals and groups – and learning of the care and kindness they’ve given to others.
If you have an unsung hero, or heroes, you’d like to nominate for a mention, all you have to do is go to bbc.co.uk/scotlandspeople and fill in the nomination form, explaining why they’ve inspired you and why you think they deserve a thank you on behalf of the nation.
