Get ready for some death-defying acts as the circus rolls into town at a local shopping centre.

Circus Extreme is returning to Scotland as part of its World Tour and will be setting up the big top at Silverburn Shopping Centre.

The show is packed full and includes the Ayala Troupe who will be performing their high wire act for the first time in the UK.

Irish couple Shauna Moore and her partner Rafael will perform an acrobat roller skating act, and the EXTREME® freestyle motocross team bring adrenaline fuelled stunts including the Globe of Death.

You can watch Tatiana Kundyk show off her balancing skills, Henry Prince of Clowns will keep the crowd entertained, and British legend Laura Miller will showcase her aquatic aerial ring show transporting the audience into a sci-fi world.

A spokesperson said: “Silverburn in Glasgow was specifically chosen as a location for Circus Extreme due to its diverse cultural background. Scotland is a major centre of the creative industries, and Glasgow the most populated City in Scotland so where better to celebrate the vibrant, artistic, and awe-inspiring nature of the circus.”

The circus also includes Aerial Duo, Polischuk, and juggler Tony Garcia merging hand skills with fire alongside a troupe of dancers and performers.

There is something for everyone to enjoy and the Circus have worked hard to put together a fantastic show.

The performance runs for approximately two hours and is housed in the UK’s largest Covid Secure Circus Big Top, which is climate controlled and features comfortable theatre-style seating.

It will run from Friday 29th July until Sunday 14th August and will be in the Green Car Park at Silverburn for more information click here.
