Support clean-up crew by joining litter pick
Members of a clean-up crew who are on a mission to rid Neilston and Uplawmoor of rubbish are urging residents to join them on a litter pick.
The group gather on the last Sunday of every month and will next meet outside The Bank community hub, in Main Street, Neilston, at 10.30am on April 24.
The litter pick will last approximately one hour.
Those who would like to take part are asked to bring a picker, hoop and bags if they have them, although the group will be able to provide some for those who don’t.
Sensible clothes for all weather conditions, including sturdy shoes or boots, are also recommended.
