East Renfrewshire Council is welcoming applications for three and four-year-olds due to start nursery between August 2022 and March 2023.
The deadline to apply is Monday, February 28, with places allocated by ballot at local admission panels in March.
It is still possible to apply after next month’s deadline but those applications will be processed after places are allocated for ones received by this date.
A council spokesperson said: “We try to make sure that everyone gets what they choose, however, there’s no guarantee of this.”
