A man was taken to hospital last night after a car crashed into a tree on an East Renfrewshire road.
Officers were alerted to an incident on Lochlibo Road at around 6.45pm.
A spokesman for Police Scotland told the Barrhead News: "On Wednesday, January 19, police received a report of a car having collided with a tree on Lochlibo Road near to Donnies Brae, Neilston.
“Emergency services attended and one male was treated at the scene by ambulance staff.”
The man was then taken to the Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, in Govan, but police were unable to provide an update on his condition.
