UPDATE: Tragedy as person dies on railway line near Barrhead

RAIL services to and from Barrhead are being disrupted following an incident between Barrhead and Dunlop.
ScotRail confirmed on social media that emergency services are currently at the scene and services running through these stations have been affected.
A spokesperson tweeted: "Due to the emergency services dealing with an incident between Barrhead and Dunlop all lines are closed.
"Our services running through these stations will be cancelled, delayed or revised."
Replacement buses are expected to operate between Barrhead and Kilmarnock from around 12.30pm.
ScotRail says the disruption on services between Glasgow and Kilmarnock, Dumfries and Carlisle is expected to last until 2pm on Friday.
British Transport Police and ScotRail have been approached for comment.
