BARRHEAD’S first busking festival has been hailed as “a great success.”
More than 10 acts performed across town, including outside the Asda and Tesco stores, as well as in Cross Arthurlie Street.
The event was organised by business improvement organisation All About Barrhead in a bid to give the town centre a boost.
Among those who featured were Erin Ponsonby, Jonny Kirwan, Marc James and Travelling Jukebox.
Andy Dunlop, of All About Barrhead, said: “We received a lot of positive feedback."
