Cops on off-road bikes discovered the youths
Youths were issued with police warnings after they were found drinking at a disused quarry in Barrhead.
The group was spotted at the Boylestone Quarry on Friday night by officers, on off-road bikes, from the Divisional Violence Reduction Unit.
A police spokesperson said: “We issued five recorded police warnings for drinking in public.”
