A BURST water pipe is affecting the supply in Barrhead.
Scottish Water said they will take at least one hour and a half to repair the issue which happened on Weir Avenue.
The utility firm revealed it is causing the interruption to the water supply for their customers in East Renfrewshire.
A statement said: "The water supply will gradually return to normal for customers once the repair has been completed. We expect it will take up to one hour for all customers to have normal water supply restored.
"While we carry out the repair please be aware that you may experience no water supply, low/intermittent pressure or discoloured water."
