Big freeze transforms East Renfrewshire into a winter wonderland
THE wintry conditions and drier spells this week have inspired residents to get out and about to capture some truly stunning images across East Renfrewshire.
The main image above was taken by Alan Falconer and captures the view from Barrhead Dams, looking across Glasgow and towards the hills and beyond.
Cliff Lockyer, meanwhile, snapped an impressive photo of birds in flight over Balgray Reservoir.
The middle image on the right was taken by Susan Niven as Barrhead was blanketed by snow.
And the final snap is from Sho Ma’s garden.
