POLICE have launched an investigation after a man’s body was found in an East Renfrewshire park this afternoon.
The man was discovered in Rouken Glen Park, Giffnock, at around 1.20pm.
Officers cordoned off an area of the park as an investigation got underway.
Police haven’t released any details about the man but said his death is being treated as “unexplained”.
A spokesperson added: "We were made aware that the body of a man had been found within Rouken Glen Park in Glasgow around 1.20pm on Tuesday, January 12.
"The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing."
