A MAN was arrested following a disturbance in Barrhead at the weekend.
Police were called to a report of an incident in the town's Levern Crescent at around 8.10pm on Saturday.
A 25-year-old man has since been charged in connection with the investigation.
Police also confirmed that two men, aged 21 and 25, who suffered injuries were treated by medics at the scene.
A spokesperson told the Barrhead News: "Officers attended and a 25-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with the incident and was due to appear in court on Monday."
