A man has appeared in court charged with murdering an East Renfrewshire dad who died after being found seriously injured.
Hashim Uddin, 27, is alleged to have killed 32-year-old Omer Sadiq last month.
Dad-of-three Mr Sadiq, of Newton Mearns, was found in Boydstone Road, Glasgow, at around 1.25pm on Tuesday, September 15.
He was taken to the city's Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he died a short time later.
Uddin, from Glasgow, appeared at Glasgow Sheriff Court today after being arrested by police investigating Mr Sadiq's death.
He made no plea and was remanded in custody.
