EAST Renfrewshire residents who want to have their voice heard are being invited to take part in BBC Scotland’s new Debate Night series.

People will be able to put their questions directly to Scotland’s policymakers and talk about their own experiences.

The team at Debate Night want to hear from anyone who would like to join the ‘virtual audience’ from their living room by using their mobile phone or computer to put questions to the studio panel via a video link.

The first episode takes place on Wednesday, April 29, starting at 10.30pm, with a second programme – focused on the west of Scotland area – being broadcast on Wednesday, May 6. The show will then continue broadcasting weekly through to June.

To submit an application, visit bbc.co.uk/debatenight and click ‘Join the Audience.’
