Officers stopped the 26-year-old in Graham Street
A MAN being hunted by police for an alleged assault earlier this week has been arrested in Johnstone.
Officers stopped the 26-year-old in Graham Street, at around 11am on Tuesday, and was he was reportedly found to be in possession of a lock-back knife.
The man was due to appear at court on Wednesday charged with an alleged assault that took place in the town on Monday as well as having an offensive weapon.
