A report will be submitted to the procurator fiscal
A MAN will be reported to the procurator fiscal for allegedly driving without a licence or insurance.
The 30-year-old was stopped in Fenwick Road, Giffnock, around 11.20am on February 11.
A 48-year-old man was cautioned and charged with reportedly permitting the 30-year-old to drive without a licence or insurance.
In a separate incident on February 4, a 53-year-old man was reported for driving without insurance in Gertrude Place, Barrhead, at 6.10pm on February 4.
