EAST Renfrewshire residents are being urged to take care with more snow and ice expected tonight and tomorrow morning.
The Met Office has issued a Yellow warning for snow and ice across East Renfrewshire and the north between 9pm tonight and 11am on Tuesday morning.
They say sleet and snow is likely to move eastwards overnight, followed by a few wintry showers and icy stretches. There is a small chance that up to 5cm of snow could fall down to sea level.
It is predicted that the weather may cause travel disruption, with possible travel delays on roads and potential bus and train cancellations.
Pedestrians are also being advised to take care as icy surfaces may lead to slips and falls and icy patches are expected on some untreated roads and pavements.
