Police have submitted a report
POLICE have submitted a report to the procurator fiscal about a motorcyclist allegedly driving without insurance.
The incident happened at 5.15pm on January 12 at Fenwick Road, Giffnock, but the 34-year-old was not reported until later in the month, said police.
He was driving a Honda motorcycle.
