A BARRHEAD barber is hosting a charity day in honour of one of their best customers.
Leo’s Barber Shop, on Cross Arthurlie Street, will be open all day tomorrow (Friday) giving out haricuts, with all proceeds going to local lad Kieran Reilly.
Kieran has a life-limiting neurological condition called Alobar Holoprosencephaly, meaning he lives with a tracheotomy in situ and a full Laryngectomy. He has seizures which can make him go into respiratory arrest.
A regular customer at Leo's, the barber is keen to raise funds to support Kieran and his family.
Leo said: "With everything that Kieran has gone through he has the biggest smile ever!
"I have been cutting Kieran's hair for three years and without fail there is always a smile on his face.
"So please come along on Friday, we're open from 9am till 7pm.
"Every haircut done on Friday, all the funds will be going to this special boy who brightens up my day when I see him."
Leo's Barber Shop is at 80 Cross Arthurlie Street, Barrhead.
