A 76-YEAR-OLD man has died in a road accident near Faslane.
Police in Helensburgh are appealing for information following the crash between a red Kia Sorrento and a lorry on the B872 between Garelochhead and the north gate of HM Naval Base Clyde.
The accident happened at around 12 noon on Monday, December 2.
The man was pronounced dead at the scene and his next of kin have been made aware.

The identity of the man has not been made public.
Sergeant Archie McGuire, of Police Scotland's road patrol (west), said: “We are looking for anyone who may have been driving in the area at the time and may have seen this collision to get in contact with us.
“If any drivers have any dashcam footage of the incident, we would urge you to come forward and help us with our investigation.
“Those with any information can contact Police Scotland on 101 quoting incident number 1266 of December 2, 2019.”
