A BARRHEAD school is urging pupils to claim their lost property before it's too late.
A number of items that have been left behind at Barrhead High are on display at the school until Monday, August 19, so they can be reclaimed.
After this date, the lost property will be recycled, as school bosses have said there will be "no room" to store it once the new academic session begins.
Among the items waiting to be reunited with their rightful owners are blazers and shoes.
In a message to parents, a spokesperson for the school said: “We have a significant amount of lost property from last year and no room to store it before the new term adds even more.
“It is all on display until Monday. If your child lost something, come in and check.
“After that, we will recycle it.”
