PANCAKE lovers will be stacked after the UK's largest urban pancake venue revealed they're to open a second premises this summer.

Stack & Still, the UK's biggest licensed pancake venue announced that they are opening a new pancake house in Silverburn this July.

Since opening the first venue in October 2018, Stack & Still's Glasgow City Centre venue has served more than 500,000 pancakes.

Employing more than 60 living wage workers in the Glasgow City Centre venue, plans are to hire a further 60 living wage employees for their Silverburn Winter Garden location.

Customers can choose from a ten million pancake combo menu, while the pancake house will also offer an extensive healthier option.

Delicious vegan, gluten free and buckwheat options are all included on the menu.

The pancake venue is the fourth launch from innovative Glasgow-based entrepreneur Paul Reynolds.

Reynolds has a proven track record in Glasgow thanks to the previous success of his Gin Spa, Gin 71 and Cup venues.

And he is joined in the new development by Director Graham Swankie.

Paul Reynolds said: "We have been blown away by the response to Stack & Still since launching last year. We knew pancakes would be well received and we have been delighted with the incredible reaction. From the people of Glasgow, to those visiting from further afield, people have really embraced the Stack & Still concept.

"Expansion and roll out has always been part of our strategy and given the popularity of Silverburn, the ease of parking and their consistent growth in customer footfall we are confident it will be the perfect location for our second site."

David Pierroti, General Manager at Silverburn said: "At Silverburn, we're committed to offering a diverse and innovative range of experiences to our shoppers and we are sure they will share our excitement about this new opening in the centre."

The new Silverburn location will offer 2 for 1 stacks on Tuesdays, great tasting bottomless coffee that will be roasted on site and kids eat free offers.
