MOTORISTS have been warned to expect delays as roadworks take place in East Renfrewshire.
Disruption is set to hit drivers on a number of roads which are to due to undergo resurfacing work in the coming days.
Among the routes set for closure is Whitehouse Road, near Uplawmoor, which is scheduled to be shut for four days from Monday, April 15, until Thursday, April 18.
Roads chiefs have described this work as “essential.”
Alternative routes will include the B776 Rowbank Road and the B775 Glennifer Road.
Elsewhere, Castlehill Drive, in Newton Mearns, will be closed from Tuesday, April 23, until Friday, May 3.
Alternative routes will include Blackhouse Avenue and Broomburn Drive.
