A NEW mental health support project will launch in Barrhead next week.
Hear and Now will offer support to children, young people and families in East Renfrewshire who are struggling with various mental health issues.
It will give people the chance to try different methods of coping with problems faced by themselves or someone they care for, including things like drama, music and massage.
A launch open day, at which visitors can learn more, talk to others in similar circumstances and take advantage of some of the activities on offer, will be held at the 1st Barrhead Company’s Scout Hall on Monday, February 11, between noon and 5pm.
